A delay and EOT evidence pack from two Primavera files — still not an expert opinion.
Drop the last accepted XER and this period’s update, and optionally a baseline. Toumar compiles the stored differences into lettered exhibits: finish slips, activities that became critical, logic and constraint changes, duration increases, out-of-sequence progress, and baseline misses. The cover states the limit: no CPM reschedule, no finding on cause or entitlement. Export the workbook as Excel, download CSV, or print and attach. A licence unlocks the browser tool.

An Excel EVM workbook for six cumulative reporting snapshots.
The rebuilt workbook calculates Earned Value metrics and plots cumulative PV, EV and AC from manually entered reporting snapshots. It includes independent BAC, input warnings and an English/Persian guide. Calculations and chart refresh have been checked in desktop Excel; the paid release is being prepared.

A project controls dashboard pack being prepared for Power BI.
The development pack contains DAX measures, Power Query scripts, sample Excel data and text guides. It does not yet include a ready-made .pbit or .pbix dashboard. The queries, tables and measures are being aligned before sale.

A manual Excel forecast for monthly cash and manpower capacity; commercial release pending.
The rebuilt workbook models 24 months of contractor cash flows from dated certificates, retention, advance recovery and selected payment inputs. Month-end funding needs and manpower capacity update with the inputs. Calculations and both native charts have been checked in desktop Excel; sales remain closed.

Five project reporting layouts being prepared for Primavera P6.
The planned views cover a three-week lookahead, baseline variance, critical activities, resource loading and milestones. The current definitions still require native export and import verification in Primavera P6 before they can be sold as ready-made layouts.
