The rebuilt workbook calculates Earned Value metrics and plots cumulative PV, EV and AC from manually entered reporting snapshots. It includes independent BAC, input warnings and an English/Persian guide. Calculations and chart refresh have been checked in desktop Excel; the paid release is being prepared.
A useful EVM workbook should make the source of each number clear, explain its forecast assumptions and remain consistent when the reporting period changes.

EAC uses BAC / CPI. SPI, CPI, EAC and TCPI show unavailable results when their required inputs or denominators are unsuitable.
Paste cumulative project amounts and use one currency and scale. This version has no Power Query, P6/MSP importer, activity/WBS detail or automatic row expansion.
The sample metrics, representative input changes, blank and zero inputs, and linked chart refresh have been checked in Microsoft Excel 16.0. The example is fictional; no customer time-saving claim is made.
