Product case study
In development — not yet on saleA manual Excel forecast for monthly cash and manpower capacity; commercial release pending.
The rebuilt workbook models 24 months of contractor cash flows from dated certificates, retention, advance recovery and selected payment inputs. Month-end funding needs and manpower capacity update with the inputs. Calculations and both native charts have been checked in desktop Excel; sales remain closed.
A useful cash forecast must distinguish costs, expected receipts, deductions and cash balances. A manpower forecast must also make the capacity assumptions visible.

24 calculation checks cover date boundaries, payment delays, recovery caps, missing inputs and capacity. The saved workbook was also recalculated in Excel 16.0, including both linked charts. A Persian and English guide accompanies the file.
